He also has a horizontal optic sensor as eyes. II's feet are red-colored with a white stripe in the middle, resembling Sonic's shoes. His head has metal fins designed like Sonic's quills and a pair of triangular "ears". II is a robot built in the image of Sonic thus, he is mostly built out of blue metal, with light blue-colored metal on his belly and muzzle.
